Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At ALX Couture, we provide FREE Standard delivery to any address within the US over $250. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island.

On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

Please note, we are NOT responsible for addresses that are wrongfully entered at checkout and stolen packages. Make sure you enter the address correctly and that the address we are shipping to is a deliverable address. You are also responsible for answering our emails in the case that you entered an unverified address. We are NOT responsible if you do not answer our emails on time to verify address for high demand items. In the case, that you did not answer on time you automatically will be added to that items waiting list.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Standard Shipping – All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your order. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Shipping fees are dependent on your location and quantity of order. You may use the shipping calculator at checkout to retrieve the cost of shipping for your order before making a payment. ALX Couture does provide FREE Priority Shipping on all domestic orders over $100.

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. You may use the shipping calculator at checkout to retrieve the cost of shipping for your order before making a payment. ALX Couture does provide FREE shipping on all international orders over $250.

ALX Couture is not responsible or liable for any stolen or misplaced packages. We advise you to enter a valid and safe address in order to avoid any inconveniences.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express and PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.comfor more information. We do not accept any other forms of payment.

5.EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY (ONLINE SHOP)

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS. ONCE PUT IN IT WILL BE PROCESSED. IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL, WE WILL GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS

Exchange or store credit is only available within 14 days from the date you received your package. Items must be returned unused, in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice and reason for returning along with an authorized return number.

If you'd like to return and/or exchange your package you must send us an email to info@alxcouture.com in order to receive an authorized return number

It is the customers responsibility to take care of any shipping charges of items being returned or shipped back to you. Customer must provide tracking number for packages being returned and must have a return authorization number attached.
